Oh pooh, its number Two!

Number two of the fifteen Courage journals. Still unsure of what to look for. I guess I'm waiting for someone to come and hit me over the head with an explanation. But, I'll still try.

Today I saw what is happening in Haiti. The things in that country just make you want to cry. Children are left out on garbage piles, just to be eaten by pigs. Voodoo is very common, and children are sacrificed just so the parents can make some money. It is just awful. Please pray for the people of Haiti.

Moving back to the subject of my journal, I know that I should probably wait until this day is over to do the journal, but I'm sitting in computer class with nothing to do. So, I shall rack my brain for something courageous (if I spelled it right,) now.

For today's courage, I will go with, standing up for myself. My numerous teachers can attest that I often stand up for what I believe in, even to the point of arguing. Sometimes. I do realize that I am human and I am wrong. Sometimes. So to all people that might have been hurt or offended by my constant arguing... my apologies.

Once again, I have gotten off topic.

Sitting in computer class,

MD

Good entry...I really like your first one, about living with the freedom we have. We can all proclaim the love of God, but how many of us actually do?
